As a daily protection cream, apply with a gentle massage on face, neck and décolleté.  In the event of intense sun exposure, apply generously with a gentle massage, 20 min before exposure to the sun. Repeat this action frequently, every 2 hours, for extended sun exposures and after swimming, drying out or sweating. Avoid contact with eyes.
